ps by memory usage

Hi to all,

How to ps sorted by memory usage? Or is there any other command that will print the process memory usage

Try this:

UNIX95= ps -eo 'vsz pid args' |sort -nr |head -20

Note the space between the = sign and the "ps".

Will command "top" help you,
have a look at man pages of top
