random gibberish printing
Hi, I've got a few network printers that communicate with an HP 9000 (D Class Server) with HP-UX operating system.
About 3 or 4 printers have been printing out gibberish characters randomly all at different times with no one sending them. What's happending?
The random print outs start out with /bin/sh then it goes to the next line...and everything on looks like a bunch of characters that one might see when looking into a binary file.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Re: random gibberish printing
any clues from /var/adm/lp/log? If you have rlpdaemon running, how about /var/adm/lp/lpd.log?
