rsyncing of the files

We have one RP4440 HP-UX server inproduction env. and one in DR side.
I want to sync the one perticular directory from production m/c to the DR m/c with an regular interval of 5 mins.

Prod. diret. is /finarch/copy
DR side dirc. is /finarch/copy

can anybody send me the procedure for that

Install rsync utility http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Networking/Admin/rsync-2.6.4/ in the machines and put the syntax in crontab.

Else export the file and mount in DR side will help also using NFS.
