Samba Copying is slow
Hi all
Oracle Application is creating some files from Server side which is copied to client
While copying...it is taking more time (file in size 2MB takes 3mins)
files in KB are getting copied fast
It is happening in all clients.
Copy from clients to server is fast. ftp is working normal in the server.
NFS is not configured.
No perf issue in the system. rest all are working fine.
This issue is existing since installation

Re: Samba Copying is slow
Try installing latest Samba (CIFS) Server on HP-UX.

Re: Samba Copying is slow
Check speed and uplex settings on client and on hp-uxn server. If at autoneg, then hard code them on switch and on server sides.
There is no substitute to HARDWORK
