SCSI lbolt Error

I am getting a message in syslog:

Zalon register dump:
IO_STATUS: f90008c0
IO_II_DATA: f90008c0
IO_DC_DATA: 31313131
SCSI: Resetting SCSI -- lbolt: 57963, bus: 0
SCSI: Reset detected -- lbolt: 57963, bus: 0
First party detected bus hang -- lbolt: 62363, bus: 0
lbp --> state: 1020
lbp --> offset:f0

This message is repeating and the server hangs intermittently.

Server model: R390
OS : HP_UX 11.0
Controller card is GSC: add-on Fast/Wide SCSI Interface. Driver using os c720.
Patches loaded: General Recommended patches/ Hardware patches March 2000

Pls let me know if anyone have faced a similar prob.

Re: SCSI lbolt Error

suggest you check your cabling and termination, and if this all looks ok, get a hardware call placed to check the devices or interface card on the system.
