Re: Security Certification

Hello, As far as i know, there are no security certifications related with HP-UX. You can take SCSA which is Sun Certified Security Administrator.

Re: Security Certification

Hi,

I would prefer:SUN CERTIFIED SECURITY ADMINISTRATOR

Re: Security Certification

There is Security exam for HP-UX, which is combined with HP-CSE,

Just check in education.hp.con for HP-CSE

i believe that exam number is HP0-094

All the Best !!

Re: Security Certification

The SANS institute has a number of high quality security courses from a more practical standpoint.

Track 6 (SEC506) is securing UNIX. The associated GCUX certification is very valuable.

I completed the GSEC certification based on the Track 1 (SEC401) Security Essentials last year.

www.sans.org - Courses and info.
www.giac.org - Certifications.

The SANS reading room (www.sans.org/rr) contains whitepapers that have been graded and accepted as part of the certification process.
