startup 2 active fileserver without L4 switch

Hi everybody!!
I want to discuess load valancing problem.
now i have 2 node and one vitrual storage.
the first problem is sharing file with 2 node. I think that mc/sg does not support the sharing the files on storage. maybe veritas cluster support.
and second problem is that how make the nodes active. remember that we have no L4 switch and the server will service the same services(file server).
considering APA, but that does not support the aggregation between node.
in this case is there any solution?
in breaf the first question is what product support file sharing( not file system).
and second is how to make load valance in 2 node with out L4 switch.
