Re: STM version A.44.30 for 11.00

I got following error on of the servers

The corequisite "CDE.CDE-SHLIBS" for fileset
"Sup-Tool-Mgr.STM-UI-RUN,r=B.11.00.27.18" cannot be
successfully resolved.
The corequisite "X11.X11R6-SHLIBS" for fileset
"Sup-Tool-Mgr.STM-UI-RUN,r=B.11.00.27.18" cannot be
successfully resolved.
The corequisite "X11.MOTIF-SHLIB" for fileset
"Sup-Tool-Mgr.STM-UI-RUN,r=B.11.00.27.18" cannot be
successfully resolved.
ERROR: The dependencies for fileset
"Sup-Tool-Mgr.STM-UI-RUN,r=B.11.00.27.18" cannot be resolved
(see previous lines).

i undestood below filesets/products are missing

CDE.CDE-SHLIBS B.11.00 CDE Shared Libraries
X11.MOTIF-SHLIB B.11.00 Motif shared libraries
X11.X11R6-SHLIBS B.11.00 X11R6 shared libraries

X11 B.11.00 HP-UX X Window Software
CDE B.11.00 HP-UX CDE User Interface

I could see the that directoty structure for /var/adm/sw/products/CDE and /var/adm/sw/products/X11 are available. But there are corresponding INDEX && INFO files inside the file set directories.

That sounds like currently my sistem's IPD is not reflecting what ever software it has.
Any way to fix those ?where i can get those CDE/X11 product bundle?

Re: STM version A.44.30 for 11.00

There is NO missed .

"I could see the that directoty structure for /var/adm/sw/products/CDE and /var/adm/sw/products/X11 are available. But there are "NO" corresponding INDEX && INFO files inside the file set directories"

Re: STM version A.44.30 for 11.00

Did you get that error running the swinstall or from swcopy?

For swcopy you can set the option

-x enforce_dependencies=false from the command line, or change the corresponding option through the GUI.

If the error came from swinstall you have a more serious issue...

its from the prview installation (swinstall -p). I realise there is really some thing serious with this server.

Yes you can rebuild the IPD. Have a look at this doc.

Title: Corrupt INDEX file, depot exists but is currently empty
