swapinfo wrong output

Hello!
I have something wrong with my system 11.23.
cfg2html is working extremelly slow /5 hours /. And also command:
#swapinfo -tam

As you can see under column NAME deviceID /major and minor number/ appair
instead of block device of swap lv: /dev/vgoo/lvol2. I have checked devices under /dev/vg00. It seems ok.

Is there any LVM problem?
