Try the command :
swlist -l product | grep .....
If possible, take the swuninstall under CDE.
Then you have listed up all your software.

Carol is right, IPD is corrupt.
It will be automatically fixed after a swinstall. Ignite seem the right candidate because it doesn't need a reboot.
If it's already installed, do a swremove first.
