SysInfo /Logtool Memory Errors

SysInfo -ab indicated there were memory errors on our K380. Here is the info from Logtool. Does this indicate a pending failure?

Re: SysInfo /Logtool Memory Errors

First try

swconfig \*

this will try and configure everything that is just installed.

If that doesn't work you'll need to be reinstalling things.

Some of these patches are very old and you'll actually need to install the new supersede patch.

Re: SysInfo /Logtool Memory Errors

Single-bit errors are handled by the machine. If you see more / many of these, you should replace a the DIMM listed.

If you just see the one, or just a few, let it ride.

Re: SysInfo /Logtool Memory Errors

Thanks. I guess I will do some research to see if the superceded patches are installed. An HP rep was onsite late Dec to help config the box and installed a number of patches as well. If the newer patch is on, is there a way to get rid of these messages? If it is not, then when I install a new patch, will it get rid of these incomplete files?
