Tarantella and HpUx

I just download and installed Tarantella Enterprise III on one of my HpUx wkstations
It's an old 715/80 runing 10.20 (largely patched).
This system is in trusted mode.
Install process ok, but every time I try the first login, (even my 'root' account) it goes 'incorrect user and password'

Any one for an idea ?
