Does anyone know if there is a TSM 64-bit client for HP-UX 11iv1 on PA-RISC processors?

I think you will find that from at least 5.1 to the present (5.3.2) there is a 64/bit TSM client. We are using it on PA RISC with HPUX 11.11 here.

I probably should have stated this better. I know that the 5.3 version of the client will run on 64-bit systems, but I don't think it was compiled as a true 64-bit client. I have seen some memory issues with that version that seem related to a quadrant limit expierienced by 32-bit clients. It is not a kernel parm issue. The word from the software support area is that the only true 64-bit client is for 11iv2 on Itanium.

We have 5.3 running here on PA-RISC systems with some memory errors that is related to the scheduler running. we are in the midst of switching to CAD (Client Acceptor Daemon) to manage our scheduler in order for the memory to be released after the backups are ran. We do have a problem with it running with version 10 of Informix however and had to installed a lower version of the binaries to get it to work.

I'm not sure what memory errors you are getting but hope this helps with the answers you are searching.
