I have a model 9000/800/rp3410
Why i have the Unknown and how resolve the problem ...

Have you perhaps installed an unsupported video card. HP-9000 machines will only accept and support supported cards.
If your card is supported it may be in the wrong slot or gone bad.

As this appears to be on the same device as the serial console, is there a possibility that you have a VGA output on the MP of this system?
The rp3410 can be configured as a workstation and would need graphic output to do so.
If you didn't load a W/S OS like TCOE or MTOE you won't get the graph3 driver for this device.

Solutionthis is normal, because the VGA is not supported for the PA-RISC version of this box. The VGA is only working for the Itanium version. You'll need another graphics card for VGA output.
