Can anybody tell me from where i can download update-ux command/depot

update-ux may be install to the server from the CD/depot containing the 11i SW-DIST product:

What operating system are you updating from and to? Update-ux has a very bad reputation for failing - and I speak from experience!

If you're updating from 10.20 to 11.11 it's always better to do a cold install.
