Upgrade of N-Class server from HPUX 11.00 to 11i

Does the upgrade of an N-Class server with four processor from HPUX 11.00 to HPUX 11i running sybase database application with the four processor being active and dynamically allocated to resources by the system require the use of 4 licences?

If you already have a valid license for 4 cpus on the n-class with 11.0, then I can't imagine you needing to do anything else other than getting sybase's approval to get a copy of sybase for 11i.

No cost associated with the transfer as long as the CPU's stay the same. We just went through this.
