Shalom Taifur,

webmin is pretty much self configure. Once its installed, you connect to the website it produces, default port is 10000 and configure the option.

On HP-UX the options are extremely limited.

download webmin 1.441 from below url

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/webadmin/webmin-1.441.tar.gz

unzip and untar above archive and run setup.sh , this will guide you installing and configuring webmin

isn't webmin included in hpux these days? not sure there is much left to do except making running the init script.
