What is significance between s800 shared executable and PA-RISC2.0

When I run the file command on two executables
I get the following info.
$ file RUN*
RUNINFA.723linked: s800 shared executable dynamically linked -not stripped
RUNINFAS.backup: PA-RISC2.0 shared executable dynamically linked -not stripped

This is on one of the HPUX10.20 servers.
Can I port the s800 to HPUX11.x or only the
the PA-RISC2.O
Also if someone could explain what the difference or significance is .
Is it comparable to 16 v. 32bit on Windows ?
Or is it more than that.
How come that both work on HPUX10.20 ?
Thanks

When compiled with cc, the +DA1.0 option would result in a s800 shared executable. The +DA2.0 would result in a PA-RISC2.0 shared executable.
