Searching the forums, I found this document for workstations, but not servers.
I have here 4 D-class (330,200,210 and 250). I know /etc/.supported_bits but my servers are not here.

Not sure about the 200 and 210.
I suppose all you can do for them is try the installation - if the option for 64 bit is available, then they support it.

Chris,
FYI, if you follow link provided, you'll see that Dx10, Dx20, Dx30, Dx50, Dx60 doesn't support 64 bits :(
No chance for me, I will go 32 bits...
