Hey,
First of all, give me untill the weekend to assign points.
I would like to play audio CD's on my C240 HP visualize. I remember trying to do it before and read that it could not be done (it was probably here). I did find something called xmcd, but couldn't get it to work when I downloaded the already compiled stuff. Does anyone know any different?
Thanks,
-Cody

Solution
Cody,
I've used xmcd in the past. I had downloaded the source and tried compling myself and had all kinds of problems with it, but this precompiled depot should work fine:
http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/X11/Misc/xmcd-2.5/
I can't remember what the percise problem was as I tried this over two years ago, but selecting your Toshiba CD drive should be easy once you have installed the depot.
Hope that helps.
-Mike
