DL380, RedHat and Powertrust, Oh My
Greetings, all.
I have a recently populated cabinet that has a Powertrust 7kva UPS and several DL380's in it. Can I hook a DL380 to the UPS with a serial cable, and monitor it using N.U.T.?
Thanks in advance,
-DD

I don't know about NUT.
I do know that you can monitor that Powertrust via serial.
The software you would use in Linux is unknown to me.

Re: DL380, RedHat and Powertrust, Oh My
That particular manufacturer is not listed in the support matrix - but it is stated that using the generic ups type (genericups) may work.

Re: DL380, RedHat and Powertrust, Oh My
Looks like the model I have only supports really basic monitoring (like online, on battery, et. al.). Bummer.
Thanks for the responses, though!
