Intel pro 1000 82566 reboots my system

I have a problem with Intel PRO 1000 82566DM Gigabit ethernet controler.
After i installed the e1000 driver my linux box (hp dc7700) with kernel 2.4.26 reboots after every aprox 8 min.
I also i have installed on tjis linux box drbd 0.6.12.
I tried all e1000 drivers from 7.1.9 to 7.5.5.
I think it is latency timer ..
I attached the output from dmesg and lspci -vv

Please help..

Try to configure and use in other Linux versions or some other OS and confirm if that works fine.

Steven did you say "Get it out of the system its not supported."
Why do you think that ?

I other linux version(without drbd and heartbeat) works fine .
I think it is about pci latency..

This linux box was working just fine 2 years on another machine .That i think that the problem it si the network card..
I check the logs........no success
