Logical volume extend on linux
Hi Experts,
i am new for linux,Kinldy tell me step by step how to extend the LV in linux. And aslo i have attached DF and vgdisplay details .

Hi GTFSpanneer,
lvextend -L +100G /dev/vgroot/lv_name
resize2fs /dev/vgroot/lv_name $SIZE
If the filesystem is mounted, it can be used to expand the size of the mounted
filesystem, assuming the kernel supports on-line resizing
$SIZE is in blocksize or may be suffixed by one of the following the units designators
S,K,M,G
If size parameter is not specified, it will default to the size of the partition
lvextend -L +100G /dev/vgroot/lv_name
