Red Hat Linux Resilient storage (GFS2) with Oracle - trial
Hi,
We want to evaluate the RedHat Linux HA and Resilient storage (GFS2) add ons on 2 Red Hat Linux nodes with Oracle 12c. We are currently migrating from HP-UX to RedHat on Superdome X. We currently use NFS, but are considering GFS2. Does anyone know if it is possible to obtain RedHat demo/trial subscriptions for the HA and Resilient storage add ons, and how to do this?
Kind regards
Andrew

Re: Red Hat Linux Resilient storage (GFS2) with Oracle - trial
Yes, you could subscribe for "Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer" suite in which you get to pull up "HA", "Resilient Storage" packages online and this would be "Self Support Basis". Otherwise, the ISO image of RHEL6/7 would be enough to pull out HA & Resilient packages which you wish to setup for non-production and this image can be downloaded as a trail copy from Red Hat site.
To download a trail version of RHEL, check out this link https://access.redhat.com/products/red-hat-enterprise-linux/evaluation
