550 5.7.1 Recipient not authorized, your IP has been found on a block list

I facing issue while i can.t resolve. I'm used exchange 2007. i got error "550 5.7.1 Recipient not authorized, your IP has been found on a block list" while our client try to email to us. I check our firewall and trend micro mail scan but not found anything doubt. Last i check with MXTOOL "http://www.mxtoolbox.com/eom/index.aspx" to insure our domain not listed on their block list,but all look good. our incoming and outgoing internal is good but not external incoming mail. The error massage showed we blocking IP. any sugestion to resolve this issue?...

The black lists are not in sync all the time, you must verify in wich specific BL your listed.

Thanks for the opinion. We already resolve the issue. In my spam filter we block list two domain " 1) www.yam.com, 2) www.yahoo.com.tw". Since we remove this two domain from our black listed the mail server going to normal. But we don't is this the cause of our issue.
