HPE Windows Server 2012 R2 Foundation upgrade to 2019

Hello.
There is an HP ProLiant MicroServer G7 N40L with HPE Windows Server 2012 R2 Foundation installed. Is it possible to upgrade this server to Windows Server 2019 (or 2016)?

Looking at the following I don't think it's supported - https://techlibrary.hpe.com/us/en/enterprise/servers/supportmatrix/windows.aspx#ml

I've done some googleing and nothing jumps out.  I guess you're biggest issue would be drivers which won't be avaiable.
