Invalid S/N on HP 6735S Laptop when booting.

Invalid S/N on HP 6735S Laptop when booting.

I just replaced a Motherboard on this Laptop and when it's booting, it says invalid S/N. I went to BIOS to see if i can input its S/N, but no way. How can this be resolved?
