unix "who" equivalent on windows?

is there any command equivalent to unix who on windows?

have you tried this:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/reskit/tools/existing/whoami-o.asp

it's not as complete as the who command but may help.

There is also a very good util within the pstools suite called psloggedon.exe that may also be beneficial

If you let me know what you are trying to do I can possibly suggest something more suitable.
