vista upgrade gives "online services" error
I'm helping a customer upgrade to vista from xp home on an hp. he's getting an error from the upgrade advisor that there's an issue with "online services". the manufacturers is listed as microsoft but i can't find any way of dealing with the problem. he's got a number of "online services" in the start menu but they're for the most part references to web sites. aol just results in "thank you for your interest in aol". he's not using any of them. i can't find any references to this problem elsewhere. i've tried uninstalling msn and anything to do with it such as msn messenger but the problem persists. thanks for any help.
