Re: Win2003 IIS 6.0 Service Pack
Hi Jason,
I wasn't sure myself either. As a matter of fact I couldn't recall ever installing an SP for IIS. So this is more like a self response.
Obtaining and Applying Current Security Patches (IIS 6.0)
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/WindowsServer2003/Library/IIS/5cf3e6bd-f224-468a-8a77-e3a3a766f080.mspx?mfr=true
You should always evaluate and apply the latest security updates to help ensure that your Web sites and applications remain secure. These security updates are published as service packs or hotfixes. As new security vulnerabilities are discovered, Microsoft publishes updates to help mitigate any security risks they might cause. You need to apply these security updates to help ensure that your Web server is protected from the most current security risks.
To resolve <...> problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows Server 2003.

I guess IIS is considered a Windows component and therefore, hotfixes along with Service Patches come as part of the underlying O.S. But, I'm not way kowledgeable.
Sorry, not being able to be of much help.
Regards.

Re: Win2003 IIS 6.0 Service Pack
Hi Edgar,
Thanks for the info, I believe the same thing too. Just update the Windows 2003 SP, the IIS will be "fixed" accordingly. So, there is no such thing as IIS 6 SP. The "problem" is reported by some security scanning product, which is inaccurate.
