Windows Server Storage to Windows Server Standard

Good Day everybody,

I have an HPE StoreEasy 1560 with Windows Storage Server Standard 2016.

This version does not allow me to create a domain and be Domain Controller.

I need to know if I can upgrade it to Windows Server Standard, so I can Create a domain and so be able to manage computers/users/passwords in Active Directory.

Besides... would I be able to modify the array to maximize the storage with this new OS?

Thank you so much!
