Color LasterJet 3500 w/en3700 Jet Direct not working

We recently replace a laser printer with a Color LaserJet 3500 w/en3700 Jet Direct. We have tried "Raw", "Text", and "BinPCL" but nothing is working. Anyone have any ideas what I can do or try?

If your printer has a std. HP JetDirect that
is listening on port 9100, then the above
mentioned thread should get you going configuring
the printer via TCP/IP.
