Printer does'nt print

I've configured a printer in true 64 5.1b all was successfully but the printer does not print anything.

What can do with that issue?

It might help to know:

What kind of printer?

Connected how?

"configured" how?

> does not print

What did you do to try to print?

Do you know that the printer works?

Post your /etc/printcap file

Post the ouput of:

lpc stat
lpq -P printername
Por que hacerlo dificil si es posible hacerlo facil? - Why do it the hard way, when you can do it the easy way?

The printer is a printer network with fix IP.
The model is laserjet 450N
I tried only a small ascii text file however does nothig.
I configured via setup utiliy.
The printer works ok!!
