Hello,

I have tru64 v.5-1B and running sendmail v8.11. I have an outgoing mail problem. In order to send e-mail to the outside world, I need to relay mail to our network mail server. How do we set smart host?

Just use the "mailsetup" command. You will be prompted for configuration options including smart host.

Thanks for your help. When I enter 'mailsetup' command, it complains that the file /var/adm/sendmail/sendmail.cf.pd doesn't exist.

Smart host in sendamil can be defined by using command mailsetup.
