storage and server ds20

im an adminstrator in larage compny and would like to ask a few Q
i have face a probelm with my storage
i have discounted the power from the sorage without shutdown the D/B then i have shut down the server ds20 when i came back from my vication i start the server but the os couldnt be load the os is tru64 more over orange lamp shown on the storage which means the H/Ds are damage ok then i have fix the storage and i made ready to work but the error msg im faceing is d05 disk is missing so could any one show me how to restore my disk d05 as i know we can get from LOST+FOUND folder but how which cmds i should perform

Can you start with showing us the output from the commands:

sizer -v

hwmgr view hierarchy

hwmgr show scsi -full
