Seek error code

When I use the disaster recovery portion I get through the steps where it copies info to floppies. The program then asks me to insert a CD-RW. When I do it says "seek error code 08-07-4B-01-2700". Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix it?

Hi Cathy,

1. Put another writable cd.
2. If the problem persist, you may have problem with your cd-rw drive and you need to clean or replace it.

Thank you for your response Magdi. I have tried other CD's How would I go about cleaning it? By using one of those CD's with the little brushes on it? What do you think about uninstalling/reinstalling the program?
