Download attachment of a change ticket to a sharepoint folder

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement where i am supposed to download attchments of change tickets from SM to a sharepoint portal.

in that portal there should be folder with the change name and in that folder attachments of that ticket should be there. 

Any idea how can i achieve that?
