Get the field names of the 'user defined' fields of the test lab., MF ALM/UFT

Hello,

The help is required in the 'Quality Center' and 'Unified Functional Testing Tool'  integration area.

My team has created user defined fields in the test lab of 'Quality Center', I want to update the results from the UFT (Unified Functional Tool 12.52) to these user defined fields of QC.

I have got some understanding that these user defined fields can't be updated with the results by directly using the 'Field Label' but need to use the name of the field (e.g. RN_USER or TC_USER) instead of the label. After reading few stuffs from the different forums i got that the understanding the field names can be fetched from the 'Customize' section of the 'Quatily Center'. But i dont have the admin rights over QC. Can someone please suggests whether i can retrieve the names of the fields only if i have the admin rights?
