How are you managing remote teams for IT or tech-related sales roles?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been exploring different ways to manage sales and client acquisition teams in the IT and enterprise sector, especially now that so many roles have gone remote. For companies working with HPE infrastructure or selling IT services, hiring and managing remote sales talent can be tricky. Balancing technical product knowledge with communication skills and performance tracking is not always easy.

Recently, I tried working with CrewBloom to hire remote sales staff, and the experience has been surprisingly smooth. They help connect businesses with pre-vetted sales professionals who already understand how to handle remote client engagement and lead generation. It really helped us cut down on hiring time and focus more on our core IT operations.

Has anyone else here tried outsourcing or remote staffing for sales or support roles related to HPE or enterprise IT products? How do you ensure your remote sales team. stays aligned with your technical goals and product knowledge?

Would love to hear how others are handling this what tools, structures, or partners are you using for remote sales management?
