HP ProBook 4540s Wifi slow

I have a HP ProBook 4540s with Windows 8.1 Pofessional 64-bit and I found that the wifi speed is very low.

 when I turn wifi very near to the router ,it dont give full signel and not fast exploring

also when I compare my laptop with same other one ( HP 4540s) at same place

its more speed in every thing - download ,explore.

also when be away from the router ,my laptop give week signal or no signal ,

although any other laptop have strong signal and faster in work

 

I try on win 8.1 and Xp

give the same problem
