HPE 5130 EI Switch WEB Ui

I cant access the web ui for the switch anymore Login failed is the message that I can see on the Web UI Ive had this problem before with an MSA2020 because therer were to many querys from the PRTG Daemon my question is what is the cli command to reboot the switch and will that interrupt the network connections
