Laptop repair qualification / certification

An organisation I am involved with is interested in training onsite staff to be able to do repairs on HP laptops.

Obviously I would assume this involves some sort of HP certifaction and training programme. Anyone know in the UK how to go abot this and the cost? The HP website is frankily very confusing and I cannot find anything via Google searches. I've sent an email to HP sales but I've heard nothing and the scripted chat agent didn't really understand my question and kept asking me what my laptop fault was.
