Pls Help me with my HP6370b Black Screen

Hi, i have a hp 6370b laptop but it is showing me a black screen, so i quietly unscrewed the case and i discovered a little chip got burnt on the mother board at the opposite of the RAM slot pls guys help me what can i do?
