Real estate software replacement/re-download

I need help to find a HP person to ask how to re-load HP software after my laptop crashed.
All I want to know is how not to pay for it again. I never got a disk, I only downloaded it and of course have no record of it now since it was on my defunct laptop. I call the parts number, was transferred by several departments to the same voice mail. I then leave messeges. Two weeks now and no reply.
