SAP GUI scripting engine failed error

Hi,

New to SAP GUI Performance testing using LR and Performance Center.

When trying to execute SAP GUI LR script on Performance Center below error stopping and failing.

Using remote hosts (LG & Controller) on cloud

Please advise what would be the best solution

Error 79997: Failed to create SapGui Scripting Engine. Please check your SAPGUI client installation

Error 29772: The remote host's status is 'Failed'. Check the remote host machine [and verify that it has not crashed]. [MsgId: MERR-29722]
