Error when upgrading RDP

I am trying to upgrade RDP from version 3.7 to 3.8 to allow support of Win 2008 Server. As soon as the install begins I get the attached error. I have rebooted and re-tried and also tried installing at the console and not throught MTS, with the same result.
Any help would be appreciated.

Can't say I've ever seen this one.

Make sure the the checksum for the ISO matches.

Don't install the software over the network (mapping a drive to bits for example).

Copying the install files to the server, instead of installing from a remote CD ROM or network share worked.
