HP RDP upgrade 3.80-3.83

When upgrading from 3.80 to 3.83 the documentation states to disable the agent auto-updating.

1. How is that done?
2. Don't you want the agent to update.
3. How do you update them later in the process?

Hi Chuck Harris,

1. To disable the auto-updating:
Goto Control Panel -> Deployment Server Configuration -> Options -> Transport -> Uncheck Automatically update clients.

2. Yes we would want to update but not during the upgrade process. So during the upgrade process disable the auto-updating on agents. Once the upgrade is compete then enable it again.

3. Once the upgrade is complete put a check for Automatically update clients. The clients will automatically synchronize with the deployment server.
