PXE on two networks at once?

We have a problem getting PXE service on a network behind an F5 load balancer. The F5 can behave much like a router, but it doesn't implment a "ip helper" (dhcp relay) service.

We tried to solve this by using VLANs to configure the DHCP and PXE servers so that they have interfaces on each network that they're serving. This worked fine for the ISC DHCP server (running on the RDP Linux helper machine).

However, it appears that the PXE server supplied with RDP can only listen on one IP address at a time.

Are there any known work-arounds to this, such as running two copies of the PXE server?

Would it be possible for someone within HP to submit an enhancement request to Altiris asking that this feature be added?

You can install another PXE server on the other network. I know it does not address what you really want to do which is use two NICs in the RDP server with two PXE services.

Re: PXE on two networks at once?

How does one go about setting up a 2nd PXE server, even on another machine? Is it necessary to perform a full RDP installation?

Would having two RDP servers require us to use a full SQL Server installation? Right now we're getting by with MSDE.

Re: PXE on two networks at once?

On the install CD under \ds you should see a program called PXE.exe (this is the install program).
