rdp 3.5 server change

One of my blades was originally running windows.
Outside of the rdp, I installed rhel. The blade has the same ip address and the root password has changed. When I look at the properties for the blade in the rdp, I still see the windows properties. What do I need to do to see the correct properties and change the blade password?
