Помогите с выбором HDD на сервер HP Proliant DL380 G7

Доброго времени суток.

Имеется сервер HP Proliant DL380 G7, стоят 1 HDD 146Gb и 4 - 300Gb/ Решил докупить SAS HDD ~800Gb , но в одной конторе сказали, что возможно 300Gb это потолок, такие и надо ставить, большего объема не подойдут типа старая прошивка, потребуется пере прошивка контролера
